Choosing the right course for your organisation

Selecting the appropriate course for your employees can be a challenge. There are often different levels of participant from within the organisational hierarchy and varying levels of experience/understanding to take into consideration.  Our advice is to focus on the core competency needs of roles and to worry less about the hierarchy.
